Great rates, not so great customer service

I have been a customer since 1993. The rates are some of the lowest out there. However, recently I have found their customer service lacking. I had a question about my renewal, specifically why I hadn’t received it, and somehow the CS rep decided to spend her time arguing with me about whether or not they had sent it out instead of helping me to figure out what I needed to do to renew my policy. I have worked in the insurance industry for 21 years and this is not the way you want to treat any customer, much less a long term client who never calls and hasn’t had any claims in 19 years.
