They no longer care about customer loyalty!!!

I have been making on-time payments for 10 years. Except a few months ago I was one day late on my last payment. They said they were going to in instate my policy after I provided all the information they requested over the phone, and they did. Then, a few weeks ago I had an accident. Cheap isn’t always the best!

I have learned my lesson: cheap isnt always the best! Yes, their premiums are really low, but they will try to tack on additional fees where ever they can. And when you call customer service to get details as to why you have these fees or rate increases, they provide ridiculous answers.

I know I haven’t been with them for very long (just 5 months), but so far things have been great. They helped me switch insurers and because I have a good driving record, I am saving $1,100 a year. I mean, how could I say no?

Awesome service, claims handling

im not gonna say im a bad driver but ive had a few of those “wrong place at the wrong time” moments. In all cases response did a great job of taking care of my repairs and handled the other insurance companies for me. The claims people I worked with called me back promptly and the work on my car was good. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good insurance and great service.

Unknown but worth it

Had never heard of Response but was recommended by a colleague who is also an educator and I paid much less than what I was paying with geico. I estimated we initially saved save about 25 percent but we have subsequently saved on each renewal. Now one thing we are unsure of is how our rates will be affected in the event of an accident but we typically carry a higher than average deductible which also contributes to our savings but we were assured they would not rise.

They flunk

Can’t say how much response disappointed. Their rates were extremely appealing. In fact so much that I switched over to them after being with my old insurance company of five years. When something is too good to be true it usually is right? Of course, after I had an accident (the reason we have insurance!) they dropped me like a bad habit.
