Low rates, high hassle

Everything is nice with them as long as you never need to contact them or you have an accident because they are quick to take the money and run. We had a billing question and just to get someone to call us back was almost two weeks. We were dreading having an accident and when it did we thought they would be difficult but this was absurd. The repair shop they “recommended” to us was simply horrible. For one it took longer than expected which put a crimp in our schedules and then the work they did was shoddy, shoddy, shoddy. I’m no expert on pulling dents but even I could spot the poor work. Getting them to back me up with the body shop was like I had the plague! This has to be the worst company ever. This includes the phone center, the agent and claims people. Spend a little more somewhere else and just chalk it up to peace of mind.
