OK but need to communicate better

I know they are one of the better known auto insurance companies in our area although they are not our insurer. Our first contact with them came when I had a fender bender with one of their customers. Their claims rep was friendly as was the adjuster guy but they did a poor job of keeping us in the loop. It’s almost like they liked keeping us in suspense about out claim even though I called them more than a few times.
